Practical workshop on injury management and prevention of injuries in dance, aesthetic sports (gymnastics, synchronised swimming, ice skating), but also other individual and team sports.
This is a 2 day event
- Saturday 15:00-19:00 Theory and research, practical analysis of exercises
- Sunday 11:00-15:00 Practical exercises
